Fontein & Bova worked together with Monrow Interior Architects to create a new and contemporary interior for the Rebelle restaurant in Kortrijk.
The final result is a stunning interior, matching rough carved rock and soft textured walls with beautifull, organically shaped dark walnut. The soft color palette gives the restaurant a calm and ambient feel, while the use of different textures on the walls and the bar brings character to the whole interior.
Fontein & Bova did what they did best and designed custom tables in solid dark walnut to match the look and feel of the rest of the interior. Every table is organically carved by hand and finished to a very high standard to ensure a long life in this beautiful setting.
Apart from the tables Fontein & Bova also made a floating bar and shelves to match the rest of the tables. Using the walnuts stunning natural grain pattern to set beautiful contrast against the texture of the rough carved rock and the textured walls.
